Welcome to the new Teamsters Rx website. Our goal is to make the transition from our current partner SXC to Medco as seamless as possible for our members. A "Welcome Kit" has been mailed to you in late October that included your new ID card(s). Your card will be activated on November 1, 2011. You will find all of the information necessary for this transition on this website. We are excited to offer you all of the additional services available through our new partner, Medco.
In addition to this website and the "Welcome Kit," the Teamsters Rx call center will be available to members beginning October 10, 2011 and throughout this transition to answer any issues or concerns not covered. Please call 1-866-544-8643.
